Ella is a London-based singer and choir leader who joined the Future Talent team in 2025. Hailing from the West Midlands, Ella experienced a wealth of musical opportunities through Coventry Cathedral, the Coventry Music Service, and later the National Youth Choir of Great Britain. 

Since graduating from the University of York with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2019, she has worked around the country as a teacher, workshop leader, and choral singer. She works regularly with organisations such as NYCG Band, Armonico Consort, and with Armonico Consort recently conducted a choir of 1500 children at the Royal Albert Hall. 

Ella now splits her time between working at Future Talent, leading choirs with London Youth Conservatoire, and singing with ensembles such as London Voices and the BBC Singers.
