Ben Weston-Conway is a strategic communications professional and writer. He is Head of Communications at Radley College and leads Influx, a small advisory practice. As a writer, Ben's words (often disguised as somebody else's!) can be found in most of the country's leading newspapers and magazines. Although his trumpet is now firmly in its box, he is a proud Future Talent alumnus and donor who believes in the power of music and its role as a catalyst for wellbeing and social mobility. Ben is the chair of a charity supporting Learning Disabled people with complex support needs to enjoy musical lives, and advises charitable organisations on marketing and communications. He lives between Buckinghamshire and Manchester with his fiancee, Sarah, and their dog Mabel, where he can often be found dabbling on the piano, running and honing his dad jokes.
